hahaha....hope you enjoy that module...is nice for you people...heard that your exams are open book exam...unlike mind...memorize all the freaking cases and then what...put inside exam paper and throw away everything after that.... T.T
wahahaa..damn true. imagine textbooks with laws from A to Z...zzz man!
yesss...for once and the first time, I took a "nap" for a few minutes while the lecturer was teaching on what?? law of contract.. promissory estopel? omggg.. i dont know =(
But the lecturer is really good. that's why we sketch a picture of her, for our "remembrance" LOL (carrie & I have a few sketches of other lecturers too) hehehehe!
haha yea the test is open book. but some ppl say that even thought it's open book, it does not help at all! coz there are so many questions and no time to slowly refer. haha
lol...thank goodness my law modules are spited up...puff...yea..thats what i heard also from a few frens in monash... =D

Seemun: Yeah, we're doing contract now and it's one of the major topic which would take weeks to complete it *sigh* We've done the australian legal system, it's just a brief introduction. we did negligence too. Law is all about reading, reading, reading. Ahhhh!!! *crazy*
Ling: yeah, it's a core subject for monash students. *sigh*
All this talk about Law! LOL. Intro to Australian Legal System is SHIT BORING MAN. Sigh. We're at contract law too and I'm falling asleep in lectures more and more! >.<
contract law IS MORE BORING than expected. lol. tort is way better...
